PLANS, PAYMENTS AND BALANCE

You pay for the words/tokens consumed by the AI. The principle is simple: the larger the package, the lower the cost per word. The cost of a single message depends on three factors: the length of the employee’s instruction, the depth of the conversation history, and the number of Talents used. On average, one message costs 2–10 RUB.
There are three ways:
  1. Via the personal account — follow the link: https://app.aitextura.com/billing/words/buy and pay by card.
  2. QR code (SBP) — available on the same payment page.
  3. By invoice — write to support, specify the amount, and the invoice will be sent to your email and duplicated in the chat.
When the balance reaches zero, the AI employee stops processing requests. The platform will send a notification to your email when the balance falls critically low — monitor your balance in advance to avoid downtime.

This is typically caused by one or more of the following factors:
  1. Long instruction — with each message, the AI processes the entire instruction together with the conversation context.
  2. Long conversation history — the more messages in the chat, the more expensive each subsequent one becomes.
  3. Frequent calls to PMS and Talents — each call to an external source adds tokens.
  4. Test conversations — they consume balance the same way real ones do. To reduce consumption, do the following:
  • Shorten the instruction to 500–1000 words.
  • Move reference data to the Knowledge Base.
  • Enable automatic conversation history clearing.
  • Delete test chats after testing.
Yes. The conversation history is passed to the model with each new message — the longer the history, the higher the cost of each subsequent response. Enable automatic conversation clearing in the employee settings to manage this consumption.
Here are specific steps:
  1. Shorten the employee’s instruction to 500–1000 words — remove everything that can be moved to the Knowledge Base.
  2. Move reference materials (price lists, descriptions, FAQs) to the Knowledge Base section.
  3. Enable automatic conversation clearing in the employee settings.
  4. Delete test chats manually after testing is complete.
  5. In Realtime profiles, keep only the fields the AI actually needs to generate responses.
The Free plan has a daily limit on the number of processed requests — once it is reached, the employee stops responding until the next day. Integrations (PMS, spreadsheets) are also unavailable on the Free plan. If you need to test integrations — upgrade to a paid plan or contact your manager: they can manually add a test bonus to your balance.
Write to your manager — they will top up the balance manually for testing. Indicate which functionality you plan to test so the manager can select an appropriate amount.
Write to support and specify the required amount. The invoice will be sent to your email and duplicated in the chat.

CLOSING DOCUMENTS AND ACCOUNTING

Request documents directly through support — include your email in the request. Documents from the sole proprietor are sent by email. If your company uses electronic document management (EDO) — connection is available through Tochka Bank; clarify the details with your accountant when submitting the request.
Yes. To receive a scanned act: 1) Write to support specifying the period and your email. 2) If you need a paper original — mention this in the same request and support will forward it to the accountant.
Repeat the request, specifying your email and the period for which the documents are needed. Support will forward the clarified request directly to the accountant — this speeds up processing. If there is no response for more than 2 business days — write again with the status “urgent”.

REFERRAL / PARTNER PROGRAM

You receive 20% of the payments from each referred client. To get started: 1) Log into your personal account (https://app.aitextura.com). 2) Find your unique referral link in the partner program section. 3) Share the link — payouts are credited between the 3rd and 7th of each month.
A full-featured partner dashboard is in development and will appear in one of the upcoming updates. Until its launch, payouts and statistics are tracked manually by the team — if needed, request a summary from support.
